For the past two years we’ve had the opportunity to send Hammer’s emerging leaders, (current and newer managers), to ARRM’s Leadership Institute.  Graduates this year from Hammer are Chelsey Lavold, JoMarie Williams, Abdul Qayyumi and Malik Mohamud. The Leadership Institute is a yearlong training series comprised of four day long sessions focusing on:

• Supervising employees
• Managing time and workload
• Ethics and values
• Diversity and inclusion, and more.

The training is intended to build a cohort of trainees who will develop valuable connections with each other, learn and engage with one another.

“Thank you Hammer Training/HR team for the opportunity to be a part of this very resourceful/informative training! I really enjoyed all the content in each session and have been able to use it/apply it in my day-to-day work as a manager! It was also nice to meet other Hammer managers in person for the first time and getting to know what different programs are like in different companies around the state. I think a lot of PMIT/Managers would benefit from going to these courses. Thanks again!”
