Mission Complete: Moms on a Mission Fashion Show and Shopping

The Moms on a Mission Fashion Show and Shopping hosted by LocalTies was a huge success. Owned by Anne Morehouse and Chris Pederson, the monthly publication of LocalTies creates and maintains relationships with the belief that together we are better. More than $4,200 was raised for Hammer Residences at the May 10 event held at the Medina Entertainment Center.

The evening delivered on its promise of a night of fashion, music, and shopping. Program hosts Jared Lawrence and Ali Alowonle introduced models showcasing summer collections and fashion trends from area businesses including: A Wreath of FranklinDillihaart BoutiqueGear WestLilliansUrban Eve Salon & Boutique, and Winston & Co. Boutique.

Many of the local businesses have even extended shopping discounts to Hammer supporters that you can access here.

The more than 250 attendees learned about Hammer from Ellen Timmerman-Borer, Chief Development Officer, and Hammer art cards were included in the “swag bag.” The event program featured former Executive Director Evelyn Carlson and a young David

Fabulous prizes were donated including VIP tickets to the Hamel Rodeo, a private wine tasting at Lakeside Wine + Spirits, a free crown from Lakeside Family Dentistry, unlimited summer ride package from Addiction Cycle, a 2019-2020 membership from Blizzard Ski and Snowboard School, a $250 floral bouquet from Candlelight Floral & Gifts, a log cabin weekend from Medina Ventures, a 9-hole inflatable golf course rental from Highway 55 Rental, a round of golf for two with a card from Medina Golf & Country Club, a $250 gift certificate from A Wreath of Franklin, a gift basket from Paint Nail Bar Wayzata, a $150 Visa gift card from SharePoint Credit Union, and a gift basket from Kalla Lily Salon and Spa Medina.
