Happily Ever After
Sharing Our Love for a Lifetime.
Dustin Peterson and Yuna Farah invite you to make a donation to Hammer & NER in lieu of a wedding gift.
The connection to Hammer is a personal one, as Dustin’s brother Micah lives in one of the group homes. Your gift opens doors and unlocks opportunities for Micah and the 380 people supported by dedicated staff members in the 68 Hammer & NER homes and apartments in the Twin Cities.
Make a Gift Online
Your monthly gift enables the people we support to live in homes throughout the community. People with disabilities flourish when they can live a full life experiencing the things they enjoy. As people age and their needs change. Monthly sustainable gifts of support help to provide the increased care and adaptive resources needed in accessible homes.
To get started, choose an amount that meets your monthly budget. Fill in the electronic donation form and check “Make this a monthly gift”. Each month, your gift will be automatically billed to your credit card or debited from your checking account.
Your financial support will help us continue to strengthen and expand the ways we support people in the home they know as their own, surrounded by the people who know and care for them. Your consistent investment now and into the future will help us provide quality, trusted care, and safe, accessible homes.

How to set up a Facebook Fundraiser
Setting up a Facebook Fundraiser is the easiest way to help support people with intellectual and other disabilities. The most successful efforts include a photograph of you with someone who has a disability. If you don’t have one take one and then simply upload it to Facebook.
