Accomplishments are possible because of dedicated staff who invest time, care, and creativity in helping individuals live full, rich lives. As an organization, we invest approximately $4 more per hour per staff person than we are reimbursed by government funding. This above and beyond commitment to the 370 people we support adds up to an investment of more than $2,500,000 each year: that’s a huge financial gap to fill.
