Full-time employees who are scheduled for and work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to receive the following benefits:
Short & Long Term Disability
We offer short term and long term disability at no cost to the employee
FSA & HSA
We allow employees to voluntarily withhold pre-tax dollars for medical and dental expenses. (Optional to the employee)
Life Insurance
We offer $50,000 of Life Insurance and AD&D coverage at no cost to the employee
Medical & Dental Insurance
Employees who work 30 hours are also eligible for health insurance
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO is accrued for each hour worked – Full time employees working 40 hours a week earn 5 weeks of PTO their first year
After 3 years PTO accrues faster
PTO can be exchanged for cash up to two times a year

Employees can get up to 3% for employer contribution
