Fundraising Priorities
- Provide staff with a livable wage and competitive compensation and benefits, along with opportunities for growth.
- Invest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work to ensure all the people we support and our employees feel welcome and valued at Hammer & NER.
- Create pathways to promotion and leadership through specialized training and professional development.
- With donor support, our caregivers will be able to continue to meet the complex needs of the people we support who are living with a developmental disability plus dementia.
This foundational support will ensure we have resources to achieve long-range stability and provide much needed funding to competitively compensate those who work tirelessly to help the people we support to flourish in their daily lives.
