Support Our Nurses
Hammer’s nursing team provides compassionate care to individuals served by Hammer. Nurses provide an important bridge for individuals between doctors, specialists, and our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). It is just one of the many services Hammer provides that many other providers do not. The work of our Health Services Department is priceless and is only possible because of fundraised dollars.
