Fall Family Fest

A joyful celebration of the people supported by Hammer & NER and the community that surrounds them.
The Fall Family Fest event begins with a brief organizational update for family members, guardians, partners, and supporters. Then, the people we support and their caregivers join the celebration for a picnic lunch, music, activities, and time together.
